Meet Our Team
Mandy joined the team at Imperial Road Animal Hospital in May of 2011, became a part owner of the practice in 2019, and purchased the small animal practice in Aylmer in February of 2022. Although she enjoys most facets of small animal medicine and surgery, she is passionate about dental care as well as nutrition and loves the challenges that dermatology and endocrine diseases pose.
Mandy lives outside Aylmer with her husband Leon, their busy 13 and 15 year old sons, Cairn Terrier Scruffty, 5 goats (Dot, Oreo, Wilson, Hitchcok & Scully) and 2 cats (Coal & Cinnamon). Amanda is a loud and proud hockey Mom and spends most of her spare time at the rink.
Kat lives outside of London with her husband Ruben with whom she spends time trail running, cycling and playing video games. During her spare time Kat likes to play soccer and cuddle with her dog Cleo.
Maria has 2 beautiful daughters. One is currently attending the University of Calgary obtaining a PHD in psychology oncology and one is hoping to enter law enforcement. Her furry family members include a dog, and 2 cats, but she has a special place in her heart for horses.
The thing Maria most enjoys about her job is keeping all animals healthy and happy, including squirrels!
She has a passion for dentistry, anesthesia, emergency medicine, and the Farley Foundation. Lindsay is certified in RECOVER CPR for animals.
Mel graduated from Sheridan College in 2010 and came to work at Imperial Road shortly thereafter. Mel enjoys connecting with pets and their people. In 2023, Mel completed extensive training and is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians who can perform RVT Wellness appointments.
Mel lives locally with her husband Justin, son Griffin, and daughter Paige. When she is not busy enjoying her family, Mel likes to read, work on home projects, and spend time outdoors.
Jade lives in Aylmer with her partner Jordan and their son Connor. They have a cat named Hershey, and a lab named Athena. In her spare time, she enjoys trail riding, camping with her horse Sugar, and spending time with her family.
In 2024, Rylee completed extensive training and is now our RVT Nutritional Technician and providing nutritional consultations to owners. During these appointments, she provides tailored nutritional support to patients in various stages of health, including those undergoing growth and development, those on weight management journeys, and those requiring post-operative wellness nutrition following spay and neuter procedures.
Outside of her professional commitments, Rylee enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband (also named Riley) and their son Jaxson. They share their home with two shepherd mix dogs, Phoenix and Hennessy, along with three cats: Maggie, Jedda, and Yoda. In her leisure time, Rylee enjoys reading, learning new crafts such as crocheting, and playing Ringette.
She has always lived with at least 1 dog and 1 cat (among other small furry, feathery, and scaly pets) since the day she was born.
Kait has a soft spot for senior pets and plans to obtain her certification in Canine Rehabilitation.
She has a Chihuahua named Penny, and a cat named Olaf. In her spare time she enjoys camping, fishing, gardening, reading and playing video games.
Madison joined the team in June 2024, shortly after graduating the Veterinary Technician program at Northern College in Haileybury Ontario.
When not at work Madison likes to spend her free time outdoors, when the weather permits it. If stuck inside Madison likes to spend her time getting creative with some arts and crafts, or snuggling her dogs while reading a book or watching television.
